Winemaking and ageing
Each grape vinified separately, classic fermentation on skins in 150 hl stainless steel at 24–26 °C.
21 days for Merlot, 26 for Cabernet, 19 for Fetească Neagră. Twelve months on fine lees: 30% in stainless steel, 70% in Romanian oak on its second use.
