Winemaking and ageing
From Fetească Neagră plots planted with genetic material selected in Ceptura. Built to keep the grape’s varietal voice, with structure and refinement.
Grapes selected on the sorting table. Classic red winemaking on skins in small stainless tanks at 24 °C for 21 days, malolactic straight after. Nine months in Romanian oak barriques on their second use, at 15 °C. At least 12 months in bottle.
