Winemaking and ageing
Made in good years by vinifying red Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes as a white wine.
Three to four hours on skins at 12–13 °C, a mix of free-run and gently pressed juice, 12–15 days of fermentation at 15 °C. Aged on fine lees.
