Winemaking and ageing
Each grape vinified separately with classic fermentation on skins in 150 hl stainless steel at 24–26 °C.
19 days for Merlot, 21 for Cabernet, 14 for Fetească Neagră. 30% ages in stainless steel, 70% for eight months in Romanian oak on its second use.
