By 2028, every wine will be organic

We started converting the vineyard in 2021. This is what changes, plot by plot.

We have begun converting to organic grapes. Since 2021 part of the crop is organic, and by 2028 every wine will be.

The change is a response to the aggressive farming methods of the last 50 years. Wild plants, which classical viticulture calls weeds, become part of the vineyard’s biological balance. We have gone back to working with horses and ploughing several times a year.
